Transactional

We have a wealth of experience in advising on, negotiating and drafting all forms of agreements related to petroleum and gas projects.

We also provide legal advice on all aspects of the gas industry including advising on and drafting domestic gas sale agreements, gas customer contracts, gas transportation agreements, gas storage agreements, balancing agreements and gas pipeline access terms and conditions.

Litigious

We act for clients in all types of disputes including appearing in the Supreme Court and on appeals from that Court, and before specialist tribunals such as the Energy Review Board.

Regulatory

We act for regulators in the electricity and gas markets, particularly acting for the WA Independent Market Operator, whose role is to administer and operate the Western Australian Wholesale Electricity Market, and the Economic Regulation Authority in its assessment of gas pipeline access arrangements and the electricity transmission access arrangement for the South West Interconnected Network.
