Partner Simon Adams has assisted in drafting various aspects of the electricity regulatory regime, including the Electricity Network Access Code, the Metering Code and amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Market Rule.

Simon and partner Caroline Brown have been involved in a number of leading cases before the Courts and State Energy Review Tribunals, including acting for State regulatory authorities and major utilities in disputes involving legal challenges to gas access arrangements in Western Australia and South Australia.  Caroline also appears regularly on behalf of clients in the Warden’s Court.
