Tim Morgan is an associate in the Property Services Group.

Tim has experience in a range of areas relating to commercial property including land development and subdivision, the acquisition and disposal of land and business, joint venture agreements, the financing and implications of land development projects and structuring advice in relation to property transactions.  Tim acts for a range of property developers, government agencies, banks and insolvency practitioners.

One of Tim’s specialised areas is Strata Titles Act compliance, including preparation of off the plan sales contracts and all aspects of advisory work in relation to strata schemes.
