Tamara Heng is a senior associate in the Property Team within the Property Services Group.

Tamara was admitted as a legal practitioner in Western Australia in 2006.

Tamara has experience in a wide range of property and general commercial transactions.  She acts for several major corporations, high net worth individuals and the government in the acquisition and disposal of assets and land development.  Tamara has been involved in a number of significant projects in Western Australia for leading property developers.

Tamara has experience in commercial dispute resolution and has successfully negotiated outcomes in complex contractual and property disputes.

Tamara also tutors final year law students in commercial practice at the University of Western Australia.  The unit covers plain English drafting, conveyancing, sale of land contracts, leasing, Landgate registration practice, settlements and the operation of the Duties Act 2008 (WA).

Tamara was the winner of the Property Council of Australia Young Achiever of the Year in 2008.
