Shane Pentony is a partner in the Building, Construction and Contracts Team within the Commercial Advice and Litigation Group.

Shane specialises in construction law and has extensive experience in representing contractors for civil projects in the mining and resource and property development industries and contractors and principals in large scale commercial developments.  His work involves advising, drafting and negotiating construction contracts and conducting Supreme Court litigation, arbitration and adjudication disputes.
