Philippa is a restricted practitioner in the Commercial Advice and Litigation Group.
Philippa commenced employment with Lavan Legal in February 2010.
Philippa practises in the areas of commercial advice and litigation. She is currently involved in several minor and major commercial and corporate litigation matters in the District Court of Western Australia, the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.
Philippa has also had experience in litigation matters in the Magistrates Court and the Federal Court.
These matters have involved a broad range of areas, including contractual disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct claims, intellectual property, mining and directors’ disputes.
