Mark MacLennan is a partner in the Commercial Advice and Litigation Group.
Mark specialises in commercial and corporate litigation and advice. He has a particular interest in the resources sector, property, corporate and partnership disputes.
He has worked extensively in most facets of litigation including corporate, commercial, property, criminal and professional disciplinary matters. He advises and appears as counsel for a number of organisations including public companies and substantial WA businesses.
Before moving to Perth in January 2003, Mark was a sitting member of the New Zealand Law Practitioners’ Disciplinary Tribunal.
