Leigh Warnick is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected lawyers.  He is recognised in the areas of corporate law, governance and mining by Best Lawyers Australia.  This recognition of Leigh’s corporate and governance expertise reflects his experience of more than 30 years in corporate governance and compliance advisory work, corporate investigations and M&A transactions.  He also has 18 years’ experience as a director and chairman of listed public companies.
