Katie Loughridge is a solicitor in the Leasing Team within the Property Services Group.

Katie practises primarily in the area of leasing and is experienced in the drafting and negotiation of leases on behalf of landlord and tenant clients for retail, office and industrial premises.

In addition to her leasing experience, Katie has advised on the sale and purchase of office building and retail shopping centre premises including any associated due diligence.  Katie also has experience in a range of other property related matters including drafting and negotiating easements, property acquisitions and disposals and associated duties advice.
