Jon Bevis is a Solicitor in the Energy and Resources Team within the Corporate Services Group.

Jon commenced employment with Lavan Legal in February 2010.

Since joining Lavan Legal, Jon has:

• advised on rule change proposals for the Independent Market Operator (IMO) and has undertaken a series of inhouse training courses with the IMO;

• assisted with advising on the takeover attempt of Territory Resources by Exxaro Resources;

• advised clients on matters pertaining to the Competition and Consumer Act; and

• advised our banking clients on matters of banking and finance and property law.
