Jessica Patterson is a senior associate in the Liquor Licensing Team within the Liquor, Employment, Tourism and Sports Group.
Jessica commenced working at Lavan Legal in March 1993 as a law clerk in the banking, finance and property area of the firm. In 1995, she commenced studying law at the University of Western Australia, whilst maintaining full time employment in the role of articled clerk. During her years of study, Jessica also obtained some experience in other areas within the firm before joining the Liquor Licensing Team in October 1998.
Jessica provides advice on a wide variety of liquor licensing and related matters. She acts on both litigious and non-litigious matters for a range of different clients of all sizes.
In 2008, Jessica participated in the establishment of the Small Bar Association of WA Inc. and has become its treasurer.
Jessica has also created the Lawdit – a ‘friendly’ compliance audit service for licensees.
