Gabrielle Saunders is a law clerk in the Banking and Finance Litigation Team within the Commercial Advice and Litigation Group.

Gabrielle has two years’ experience with day to day management of mortgage recovery files, working closely with Alison Robertson and Daniel Butler.

She has experience in general debt recovery matters in the Supreme and Magistrates Courts.  She also has post judgment enforcement experience with knowledge of the Civil Judgments Enforcement Act, working with the Sheriff’s Office across a range of matters.

Gabrielle manages the day to day conduct of the mortgage recovery files, including drafting of:

• default notices;

• letters of demand;

• writs of summons;

• statements of claim;

• conferral with defendants;

• applications for default judgment;

• all supporting court application documents; and

• preparing all material in preparation for court hearings.
