Daniel Butler is an associate in the Insolvency and Reconstruction Team within the Commercial Advice and Litigation Group.
Daniel is a member of the Recovery, Insolvency and Reconstruction Team with experience in insolvency and bankruptcy, intellectual property and general commercial advice and litigation. More recently Daniel has taken on the day to day conduct of the firm’s criminal property confiscation on behalf of clients.
He has completed the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association Advanced Insolvency Law and Practice course. Daniel has been admitted as a full member of the IPAA and is also a member of the IWIRC committee.
He has worked on a number of insolvency and administration matters with clients such as Westpac Banking Corporation, KordaMentha, National Australia Bank Limited and McGrathNicol.
Daniel regularly attends hearings in the Supreme, Federal, District and Magistrate Courts.
