Carmen Doohan is a solicitor in the Insolvency and Reconstruction Team within the Commercial Advice and Litigation Group.
Carmen has experience in litigious matters in the Magistrates, District, Supreme and Federal Courts, as well as commercial arbitrations and mediations, including recovery proceedings and lender/borrower disputes. She has appeared in the Magistrates and District Courts and assisted counsel in the District and Supreme Courts. She has also prepared security reviews, advices to insolvency practitioners and has been involved in recovery work for lenders, including the appointment of receivers and managers.
