Brian McMurdo is a Consultant in the Planning, Environment and Land Compensation Team within the Property Services Group.
His practice focuses on planning, environment, land development, public infrastructure, land acquisition and compensation having had 30 years’ experience in these areas.
Brian has practised both within government and for the private sector. In his previous role as a Senior Assistant Crown Solicitor, Brian acted for the government in areas of land compensation, land acquisition, major projects and public infrastructure and was involved in the planning and environmental processes.
As a full time consultant to Lavan Legal, Brian provides a wealth of expertise in these areas, with clients in both the public and private sector. His practice involves strategic advice, negotiations, statutory approval processes and proceedings in all jurisdictions.
