Beth is in her sixth year of practice, having practised in top tier firms in both New Zealand and the Australian Capital Territory before relocating to Perth. Prior to joining Lavan Legal in 2011, Beth was involved in a wide variety of corporate, real property, procurement and contract work providing advice and support to both commercial sector and Australian Government clients and has particular expertise in leasing.
At Lavan Legal, Beth assists both large and small commercial clients with a wide range of retail and commercial leasing matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts and providing strategic advice on leasehold tenure queries, issues and disputes.
