Benn Wallace is a law clerk in the Liquor, Employment, Tourism and Sports Group.
Benn commenced employment with Lavan Legal in January 2009.
Prior to Lavan Legal he was engaged in the banking and finance sector, specialising in lending in the small to medium enterprise space.
Benn provides support in defended litigation against employers including the analysis of documents, discovery, research and general litigation support.
His litigation experience has included cases in the courts, Equal Opportunity Commission, Australian Human Rights Commission, Fair Work Australia, Western Australia Industrial Relations Commission and the State Administrative Tribunal.
He is currently providing support in respect of an employer’s defence of a claim for $1.5 million concerning allegations of bullying and victimisation.
