Ben Wotherspoon is an associate in the Corporate Services Group.
Ben commenced working in the Banking and Finance Team within the Corporate Services Group in June 2010.
Prior to this, Ben worked at Tolson & Co, where he completed his articles and benefited from wide-ranging experience in corporate and commercial matters, including the areas of property and finance, taxation, deceased estates and other areas.
The majority of his day to day work involves drafting loans, security and related finance documents on behalf of banks and lenders. Ben also provides general commercial advice to banks and lenders on financing proposals, security structures compliance with regular frameworks, including consumer credit laws and the Personal Property Securities reform. Ben also provides general contract and commercial advice to banks, companies and other clients, particularly in relation to finance and property related matters.
