Shane specialises in construction law and has extensive experience in advising and representing builders, contractors and owners in building and construction disputes (both commercial and residential projects), and other clients in property, contractual and trade practices matters and acting as counsel in respect of all of them in the superior courts of Western Australia, the State Administrative Tribunal and the Building Disputes Tribunal of Western Australia.
