Sol has over 35 years experience in property and commercial law. Sol concentrates on business development in the areas of property acquisition, syndication, financing, leasing opportunities, development and sale, and corporate, securities and commercial transactions.

Sol is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Property Council of Australia and has been a member of the Law Society/REIWA General Conditions for Sale of Land Permanent Committee since 1990. He has been a member of the Property Law Committee of the Law Society of WA (member 1983 - 1998), Convenor (1995 - 1998) and was the government appointed member of the Settlement Agents Supervisory Board from 1993 until 2000.
