Patrick has considerable experience in property law, including the acquisition, development and leasing of major CBD properties, shopping centres, hotels and industrial land. Patrick has been involved in a wide range of business sales and acquisitions across various industries globally. Patrick also advises on joint ventures, trusts, FIRB issues and structuring including tax and duty issues.

Patrick also has significant experience in corporate and commercial law, having acted in relation to several share sales, private equity transactions, management buyouts and corporate restructures. Patrick also advises on compliance with the Corporations Act and corporate governance requirements.

Patrick is an integral part of the Wine Law Practice Group, providing advice to a wide range of corporate and private clients involved in the wine industry in Western Australia, interstate and overseas. The group acts for growers, producers, winemakers, importers, exporters, distributors, associations and government bodies.

Patrick is known for his 'solution-driven' approach which has been instrumental in the negotiation and resolution of several complex transactions.
