Kevin Shields, formerly a member of Ernst & Young's tax group, brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of tax (both direct and indirect) and state duties.

Kevin's expertise includes tax and duty liability, structuring of commercial and property transactions to advise the most tax-effective outcome for clients, mergers and acquisitions, tax and duty assessments and providing practical and strategic advice in relation to ATO audits.

Kevin is a registered Tax Agent, a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
