Iain advises commercial clients predominantly in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, professional indemnity, directors and officers insurance, fire, property and liability insurance and trade practices matters. Iain also has extensive experience in Intellectual Property law, having acted in numerous intellectual property copyright disputes. He has successfully completed post graduate study in Intellectual Property.

For the past four years Iain has been providing advice and appearing as counsel in all West Australian Courts, including appeals, at trial and interlocutory applications.

Iain is the WA editor of the Australian Insurance Law Bulletin.
