Anna holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Notre Dame University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Business from the University of New England. She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in December 2002.

Anna was articled to Martin Bennett and worked at Bennett & Co in commercial litigation and corporate advisory until the inception of Lavan Legal.

Upon joining Lavan Legal Anna has continued to develop her practice in commercial advice and litigation, including appearing in a number of high profile High Court, Federal Court and WA Supreme Court litigations. These litigations range from Corporations Act proceedings, breaches of the Trade Practices Act and criminal property confiscation matters.
