We have long-standing relationships with regulators such as ASIC, which can expedite your project.

We have accumulated a wealth of experience in giving general commercial advice and drafting commercial documents that are easy to read and comprehend. We provide services to some of WA’s largest land development transactions, with a direct involvement in projects that have delivered almost 40% of the State’s current residential lots. Many of these projects involve joint ventures between the State Government and the private sector. Services provided to these projects relate to the documentation of complex joint venture arrangements, project management agreements and financial arrangements.
We have a full service tax group dealing with all aspects of tax and stamp duty including structuring, advisory, compliance and
prosecution work.
