As one of Western Australia’s largest community sporting events, Lavan Legal has been participating in Activ’s City to Surf for over eight years. In 2009, over 70 staff members participated in this iconic community event.
Lavan Legal was proud to support the Youth Focus Truck Pull, a corporate challenge to pull a 75 tonne mine dump truck 10 metres down the Esplanade. Funds raised from the inaugural Truck Pull went to support Youth Focus in their mission to prevent youth suicide, depression and self harm.
Every year, 20 Lavan Legal staff pull out their runners and compete in the FOXTEL Lap - Australia's largest treadmill challenge which supports the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. Lavan Legal placed fifth in 2008, third in 2009 and we’re hoping for an even better finish in 2010. We are proud to join with other corporates to support such a worthwhile cause.
